Michigan Business Travel Association

MBTA is an official chapter of the National Business Travel Association (NBTA), whose members represent major corporations and travel suppliers throughout the United States. MBTA, along with the national organization, provides our members with information on travel technology, services, legislation, security, benchmarking and costs that affect the business travel industry.

If your name appears in the upper right corner of the web page then you are already logged in.

Not sure if you have a log-in? Then check the Login Assistant since we may have you in our database already - we retain ALL past members and prior meeting guests. Just select "need help" then enter your e-mail address, and you will get your log-in name and password sent to you if you are in the database. If you do not have a log-in name, then you will need to follow the directions below to register as a guest.

Full Members can register online. Click on the meeting title in the list below, select the event sessions you will attend, and click the Register button. Please verify that your name is on the registration list to confirm you are registered.

For Guest (Non-member) registration, Please download the Meeting Registration form and fax or mail it back to pay for the meeting.

Refund/Cancellation policy - Membership fees are non-refundable, however you can transfer membership to another person from the same company. (To do this yourself, go to "My Profile" and select "Edit Profile" to enter the new person's name). Full membership fees are not refundable, or discountable if you miss any of the 5 included meetings during the year. For Guests and Basic members (who pay for each meeting separately), there are no refunds for registrations you cancel, however if you provide at least 1 week advance notice, the fee paid may be applied to the next scheduled meeting.
