A committee within our chapter proposed new bylaws which are in line to the recommendations made by the NBTA as a part of the Chapter Standardization Project established in 2009. As a result, we have drafted these bylaws which have been reviewed by NBTA's Legal Council, and approved. These changes were presented to the MBTA membership for a vote at our annual meeting on Dec 3rd, 2009 with an additional amendment that was approved at the Feb 25th 2010 meeting
